Overthinking about something from every possible angle may feel normal and expected. Finding balance for our thoughts, so they serve us well, takes practice. We may experience peace and satisfaction when we fully accept that we aren’t meant to do everything perfectly, and it’s okay not to have everything figured out. Our imaginations are often worse than our reality.
